Young Highland cow
  1. Period of hire commences at 4pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10am on the day of your departure.
  2. The client agrees to leave the property in the same clean and tidy condition as it was found on arrival.
  3. Strictly no smoking inside the property.
  4. No pets - sorry.
  5. Acceptable methods of payments are: cheques or cash. This can be paid by cheque through the post or on arrival.

  6. Electricity, linen and towels are included in the let.
  7. To help maintain a high standard of this accommodation, clients are asked to respect all furniture, fittings and equipment and to report any breakages or damages so that it may be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
  8. We offer a excellent range of videos, DVD & books to make your stay more comfortable (especially if the weather is wet!) Under no circumstances are these items to be removed from the house. The house will be inspected after every let!

  10. We shall have no liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss of personal property whilst staying in the property.
  11. Minimum let three nights - although in the quieter season fewer nights may be available, please contact to ask.
